
I first became aware of this descriptor in July when I attended a sustainability conference.
The Tiny Massive is all about the enormous power of a tiny visionary team, to affect real, meaningful change, simply by connecting and engaging with the right people.

There are 4 key steps:
- Identify the change makers
- Bring change makers together to share knowledge and ideas
- Tell that story to the world (we don’t ‘hero’ our own stories enough)
- Build sustainable support around it.
The idea behind “the Tiny Massive” concept could be applied, for example, to a corporate promotion strategy, a campaign to get buy-in from staff, or a community initiative that you are spearheading.
