2024 was an amazingly busy, productive and exciting year for the Mettacomms platform. Here is just a sample of what we achieved in the past 12 months:
Technology
Mettacomms completed the development of Version 2 of the platform
We have enhanced our tech stack
We have expanded our data sources
We are building version 3 which will be live in January 2025.
Testing
We are testing with PR consultancies and major corporates in UK and USA
We are testing with 3rd level universities in the USA across 3 states
The test period is 6 weeks. No-one will give back the platform at the end of the test.
Demo
We secured funding from the Women TechEU programme. They had 854 applications and selected 40 female-led deep tech companies – including Mettacomms.
Recognition
Won a Stevie for PR Technology at the Stevie’s International Awards
Was selected as one of Ireland’s Top 100 Most Ambitious Companies for 2024
Won Outstanding PR Tech Entrepreneur of the Year from Global Woman TV
Was shortlisted for AI Ambassador of the Year, Ireland
Recognized as one of the top 50 Global Thought Leaders on Risk Management for 2024,
Shortlisted for the TiE Global Woman Pitch Competition in Manchester
Invited to join the National Tech Committee of the PR Society of America.
Ranked 8th in the world for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Thought Leadership
Upskilling
Our director Ellen Gunning graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with an executive course in Artificial Intelligence
It’s been a fun-filled, action-packed, productive voyage of discovery, development and product enhancement. We are really looking forward to 2025 when we expect to launch Version 3 in Q1, with initial sales by Q2.
